How to Use

• Each point is a city. Click to view detailed statistics about detected PV systems.
• Use the search bar to locate specific cities.

Rooftop PV Installations Statistics

For each city, we display the following information based on the number of detected systems:

• No detections:
  We indicate if there are no detections in a city (whether from DeepPVMapper or true absence of PV systems).
• Between 1 and 10 detections:
  A message is shown indicating that precise information is not disclosed (to preserve privacy).
• At least 10 detections:
  We display the number of detected systems and the total installed capacity (in kWp).
• More than 30 systems:
  Additional charts are shown to visualize the distribution of installed capacity, tilt angles, and azimuth orientations.

Accuracy Metrics

DeepPVMapper has been manually validated across all departements. We report the following metrics, at the departemental scale

• The Precision, which evaluates how many correct detections are correct among all detections,
• The Recall, which evaluates how many correct detections are correct among all true detections,
• The F1 score, which is the harmonic mean of precision and recall,
